ATTENTION FACULTY ADVISORS

Once you have met with advisees to validate completion of graduation requirements, please encourage them to apply for graduation.

NOTE

If forwarding student(s) application to this office; please insure all sections are completed and the form is accompanied by a  receipt.

 

 

 

*Graduation Application Fees:
 UNDERGRADUATE                        $35.00
   GRADUATE                                      $40.00

 The application is available in the Office of Records and Registration located on the 1st. fl. of the Miles W. Connor Administration Bldg.  

Payment must be made to Cashier’s Office located on the 2nd. fl. of the Miles W. Connor Administration Building.

 

*The Graduation Application Fee is non-refundable.
